Premium and Hisho decking panels are unique to Chippys Outdoor (they are registered designs) they were first designed and constructed in our workshop more than 8 years ago after many configurations and design methods, these panels are now outsourced for volume production and made exclusively for Chippys Outdoor.

They are constructed from kiln dried 1st grade Merbau and are screwed from the back with galvanized / stainless steel screws to form a ridged pre-made deck panel.

They can also be used for a heavy duty screening, seating, planter boxes etc.

The deck panels offer many options for low decks, walkways, balcony and rooftop decks as well as conventional decks with joist spacing of 450mm centers.

The end result of using pre-made deck panels is a uniform clean face, free of nail or screw holes. The deck panels can be screwed in between the gaps into the joists, to give you a deck in a day!
